Nicholas R. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Camp Administration with a Minor in Coaching from Indiana Wesleyan University and is pursuing a Master of Divinity to strengthen his theological and spiritual leadership. Nicholas also serves as a Health Coach Manager in Anderson, Indiana, supporting emotional wellness, grief care, biblical guidance, and spiritual formation. As a United States Air Force Reserve Security Forces member pursuing the Air Force Chaplain Candidate Program, he brings discipline and service experience. An ordained minister through the Association of Evangelical Gospel Assemblies, he has experience in preaching, Bible teaching, counseling, rehabilitation ministry, baptism support, and discipleship.

A three-time national champion in multiple riding disciplines, she provides the Ranch with advanced qualifications in horse handling, safety practices, confidence-building instruction, and equine-assisted mentorship. As Program Director, Cassandra oversees equine operations, including horse care, training standards, curriculum development, volunteer coordination, and participant experience. Her background enables her to develop structured, safe, and supportive programs for veterans, young adults, families, and community members seeking restoration and renewed purpose. Through her Board role, she helps guide program development, equine safety, volunteer engagement, mission-focused outreach, and the integration of equine-assisted learning into the Ranch’s Christ-centered wellness and discipleship initiatives.

His passion for stewardship and authentic relationship-building strengthens the organization’s ability to serve veterans, families, young adults, and community members seeking healing and hope. Through his Board role, Tim helps promote clear communication, trustworthy leadership, sustainable ministry growth, and a welcoming environment where participants can experience encouragement, connection, and Christ’s loving embrace.
